It’s entirely up to you, depending on how you want the block to function. The most common choices are 130 (cement) and 25 (air). What do you want your block to do?

I already made a small block (that does 3 things if you have less than 5coins), but what I'm trying to figure out is how to assign it to a behavior value to use in Lunar Magic.
The "acts like" setting controls which of SMW's original tiles your block behaves like. Setting it to 130 makes it solid, 25 makes it passable, 106 makes it semi-solid, etc. (Those are exactly the tile numbera from LM's map16 editor , so you can look for other values there.) Any custom block behavior is added on top of that.
