UberASM

Description
UberASM that allows any enemies that can be safely jumped on to be ridden, similar to the SMB2 Mushroom in Super Mario Maker 2.

Enemy pick up feature not needed.
this can't be done as a levelasm code (at least, not reasonably)

i can probably put together a patch to enable rideable functionality, with a togglable RAM value that defaults to the normal behavior

it won't work with certain enemy types like the rex, chargin' chuck, etc. however, since their collision is handled completely separately
