It's not a bad port, but since it's such a simple song, I have to be more strict about it moderation-wise.

My main issue with this is that the instrumentation isn't accurate at all, except for the bongos. For instance, you're using @9 for the melody when the original uses @5 instead. For the bass you're using @5 when it should be @8.

Aside from that, there is no panning in your port, while in the original the bongos are hard-panned to the left and the guitars are panned slightly to the right. And semi-related to this, you're missing the volume changes for the main melody and the bongos, though I understand that they might not be very noticeable.

Lastly, the bongo channel is playing around 5 semitones higher in your port.

That is all. From what I can see, this version of the song is almost identical to the SMAS version, except that it plays at a slightly higher pitch and doesn't have the two extra channels, so perhaps you can base the volume changes and panning on that one?
