Swap which row you're currently in. Characters in the back row take half damage from short-range physical attacks, but also deal half damage with short-range physical attacks.

Swap out your current weapon and/or shield for something else in the party's shared item bag. Does not consume an action, but you do need to be able to act to change your equipment.

Vote to run away from the current battle. Running away means that the party does not gain the spoils of the current battle. Running forces the entire party out of the current dungeon, and requires at least three votes. Remember to post an action in case the vote doesn't succeed, if you aren't the one spending your action initiating the vote to run away, or else your turn will be skipped. You cannot run away from boss battles.

Heals the target for 250 HP.

If the target is Dead, remove Dead status and heal 300 HP. Otherwise, do nothing.

Removes Poison, Sap and Toxic statuses from the target.
Removes Sleep status from the target.
Fully heals the entire party's HP and MP, and removes all negative status effects. Can only be used when not in battle.
Removes Paralysis status from the target.
Removes Pig status from the target.
Removes Toad status from the target.
Removes Blind status from the target.

This is a thing that's happening, now. Achievements in old video games.
