Bug: allow apng files

New FeatureResolved

On the submission screen when uploading something to a section, such as a blocks, sprite, patches, documents, and hacks, the screenshot says that:
Quote
Supported formats: GIF and PNG

However, I can submit apng files, which that is less prone to pixel artifacts on the screentogif program.

I was thinking to change that to inform the user that apng are also accepted.
Give thanks to RPG hacker for working on Asar.
I've spent a lot of time thinking about this and I'm still not sure what to do about it. Since APNGs are just a type of PNG, I don't think it's necessary to specify that they're supported. However, they're obscure enough that this may not be obvious.

Any other opinions?
APNG is technically a different format from PNG, so mentioning that as well won't do any harm.

I also agree mentioning that APNG can be uploaded might be beneficial since it is an obscure format. However like it's mentioned in the wiki article HammerBrother posted not all browsers support APNG but from my understanding this is limited to older browsers that don't support common layout engines.

That's not a problem in this case. AFAIK they work in Chrome, Firefox, and iOS Safari, which are the only browsers supported by SMWC.
This is literally a minor text change, so I suppose it won't take much effort to add it?

This isn't the issue. I didn't want to confuse people because APNG is rather obscure.

Anyway, I've added the text as there's no real argument against it.
