Yeah, this game died. And yeah, I'm reviving it. And yeah, I'll make sure to update it more often than the previous one.
This is a team game (everyone playing is playing as a team to beat the opponent). To start, just post; no signups are necessary.
Anyway, upon your first post you will provide your stats. You start with 5 HP and 5 FP, and you have ten points to split between those two (e.g, you can have 15 HP and 5 FP, or 11 HP and 9 FP, etc.). You also have Attack and Defense power; your Attack starts at 1 point and your Defense starts at 0 points.
Upon posting, you will attack the current enemy (or use an item). You have two attacks: Jump and Hammer. Jump provides two individual attacks on the same enemy and gives your Attack power in damage, and Hammer provides one attack on an enemy and gives double your Attack power. You can also use two FP to increase your attack power by two for a turn. After everyone attacks (or after two days have passed), the enemy will attack. The cycle repeats until either the enemy is defeated or until everyone fighting the enemy is defeated, but if you die and the battle is still won, you can continue on as usual.
If you want to use an item on your turn, you must do this instead of attacking an enemy... unless you have an item that allows you to bypass this.
After an enemy is defeated, you can do one of five things:
-Upgrade your HP by five points, up to 200
-Upgrade your FP by five points, up to 100
-Upgrade your Attack by one point, up to 10
-Upgrade your Defense by one point, up to 10
-Do not upgrade your stats, but receive five coins to use at the shop
Furthermore, your HP and FP will be refilled, preparing you for the next battle.
This time around... there will be something new: the shop. Upon winning a battle, you have the option of receiving five coins to spend at the shop, where you can buy items and new moves. I will post new items for the shop every so often. Items that are usable once are standard items; items that are reusable forever are badges, and are used as soon as you buy them.
-Mushroom - 3 coins - Refills any team member's HP by five points. Usable once.
-POW Block - 3 coins - Flips shell enemies and attacks every enemy for two points of damage. Usable once.
-Jump Charge - 5 coins - Allows you to use 1 FP on a turn to increase your jump attack power by 2 for the next jump attack (2 total, not 2 per hit). Reusable forever.
-Hammer Charge - 5 coins - Allows you to use 1 FP on a turn to increase your hammer attack power by 2 for the next hammer attack. Reusable forever.
-Super Mushroom - 5 coins - Refills any team member's HP by ten points. Usable once.
-Multibounce - 7 coins - Allows you to hit all enemies with one jump hit for each enemy. Requires 2 FP. Reusable forever.
-Power Bounce - 10 coins - Allows you to keep bouncing on an enemy (up to ten times). Requires 3 FP. Reusable forever.
-Quick Item - 15 coins - Allows you to use an item and an attack on the same turn. Reusable forever.
With the rules out of the way, start posting. I will wait for at least one person to confirm their playing of this game so that I have people to fight the first enemy. (With the unexpected popularity of the last game, I don't expect the waiting to take long...)

Also, jump is usless except against spiky enemies because of defence. Hammer is one attack and therefore only loses defence once. Also, the jump charge is unfair because the hammer charge adds 4 not 2.
I guess I'm in, it'll help me kill of some time while I wait for mafia to update/kill some time I'm not working on my hack with.

Will the shop be updated and new items/badges will be brought in every so often?
EDIT: Will we also be fighting stuff like bosses?

Anti-matter Drone: Some enemies will be airborne, requiring a jump. Furthermore, jumping on flippable enemies will flip them and thus disallow their movement for one turn. Also, the jump charge adds one attack point for hit, and the hammer charge adds two points total.
Crystal King: There won't be any actual "bosses", but the enemies will get harder as the game goes on, and you might fight enemies otherwise classified as bosses in the process.

And now you will fight... the Koopa Bros. Those who have played Paper Mario will know how to beat these guys. ;D
I can't remember if the Big Tower is still there, so here's what I do:
1: If the Big Tower is still in play, I'll simply jump on it.
2: If the Koopa Bros. have been split, I'll jump on whoever's in front.
3: If the Koopa Bros. have been split and they've been flipped, I'll hammer them.
