On some levels i cant see the lowest blocks/sprites when im playing how can i change that? (So i can se them)

You can't see the botton row in lm. That's one of the tips at the top of the site.
The second lowest row should be visible, however. I think you've miscounted something.

AFAIR, row one is hidden and the visible screen is 15 blocks high.
