My USB Mass Storage Devise isn't being recognized by my computer, I've tried removing and reinserting it, using a different port and it works on my dad's laptop. Does anyone know how to help me?

Is your computer Windows 98? USB 2.0 doesn't work with older Windows. USB 1.0 works with new and old fine.

Actually, if you look up the Jump Drive website, you can download a installment for the USB drive for Windows 98. I did it.
