On your desktop, press "Print Screen" on your keyboard, open Paint and then just press "Paste". Then save and upload.

On my laptop, it's called "PRTSC" and underneath, it says "SYSRQ".

On my PC, it says "Druck", and it's right above the "Einfg" key.
By the way, there is already the "Print Screen" thread in World of insanity... I guess you didn't know about it.
