Tip: Remaking levels from other Mario games is strongly discouraged, especially popular ones (World 1-1 from SMB or SMB3, for example), as their over-presence in Mario games, official or not, often makes them uninteresting to play.

Hey! So I had a question, I fixed two fixme hacks, Luigi's Adventure OSE and Luigi's Adventure OSE - Lost Levels. (with permission from the original creator)

I did submit Luigi's Adventure OSE, however I'm having trouble submitting an update for Lost Levels. Since Lost Levels was included in a password-protected zip, I cannot seem to submit an update, as it says that the zip is bad or corrupted.

Is there anyway around this issue? Here's the zip I was attempting to submit.
The password is
CPUGHF

Thank you!
You know what, just remove the password and submit it that way.

Hack.

You can't submit passworded ZIPs - this is intentional. Try nesting it into a password-less archive.
Thanks for the reply!

I did try that by adding the password protected zip into a password-less zip file and unfortunately stated that it required a BPS file to upload.

Is there any other way around this? I just don't want to submit it password-less since that wasn't how Anikiti originally submitted it.

I'm guessing he originally submitted this before this was put into place.
This is unorthodox but uh you can make a patch out of a zip file proof patch it to a normal SMW rom and then unzip it.

That's intriguing :o I didn't know that would really work with BPS files! Sadly I wasn't able to get it to work. Plus it may make things a bit more complicated for those who want to get it patched since it'd be a complicated process of patching than normal, but it's not a bad idea by any means!

I really do appreciate the help though!
