random update:




I finally managed to edit and complete raocows second level and...
wow. just wow.

the first level he sent me was really fun and slightly difficult, so i pressed him to make it harder. i told him this was his chance to get even with me for the fish level and so on.

he then sent me arguably the most difficult level in the entire compilation hack. way to just unleash on me from out of nowhere man.


so yeah, i have finally completed my sacred mission. raocow is now a masochist !





The actual level modification will begin when i betatest. i'll quickly do a run through of everything and work out any bugs.

this is really exiting! after all this time, it is finally happening !

Fun-filled fact: let's just say I'm happy to know it's possible to beat! I knew it was possible to beat it on a purely technical level, but, well, yeah. When I was testing it I never tested 'all in one go', but rather doing technical tests of pieces. So yeah!

everyone keeps talking about bowsers ruins like its so amazing.

you guys, its really not that bad. drugged mushrooms level is harder, and so are several others.

as for the credits - i cant directly work on anything until sind sends me the most updated version of the hack.

right now i am making some graphics raocow requested (he only asked for 3 blocks, but i ended up remaking all the blocks, enemies, and a background. your welcome.)

I find levels from kusottare world to be harder than Bowser's ruins.

J, when you're done completely overhauling the graphics for that level (thanks a lot, by the way! You keep doing way more then I ask for!), could you show a screenshort or something so I know how it looks like, or will you be saving the surprise for the release?

edit: also, the only reason I think Bowser's Ruins is seen as the hack's watermark is because it's the only hack of the compilation that everyone seems to have been exposed to.

I guess your one of the few LPers that never seen the level yet.

I HAVE seen Bowser's Ruins, but I haven't seen any others except my own and G-Kaizo.

Don't assume the other levels are easier for some reason!

While we're on the topic of Kaizo hacks, where does my evil hack stand? BTW, I'm remaking it.

the difficulty of this hack varies from level to level, but for the most part yours is a little harder. however, there are several levels that make your hack look like level 105 (*coughdruggedmushroomscough*)
