Description: This patch makes moving shells stop on wall contact, making them bounce backwards, or alternatively make them fragile and self-destruct.

Credit is optional. Requested by RollingRigatonis.
Screenshots:
The patch works for the most part, but it forgets to check for the "double bounce" shells from Parakoopas (sprites 08-0C in the carryable/kicked state). There's also an unclosed if statement which prevented insertion, which can be fixed by adding an endif on line 67.
