Howdy everyone,

last C3 I promoted my work on trying to sequence New cities in ancient land, India. Well I'm almost there, but I decided to have a relative of it created: China.

And now that I've learnt about corrscope, it comes with a neat introductory music video.

Powaqqatsi is the second movie of the Qatsi trilogy, produced by Godfrey Reggio and with OST made by Philip Glass.

The music has been sequenced using contractual service of the website Supreme Midi. Basically, you can get any song sequenced for a fee. I guess they are good because the youtube robot already has recognized the song and claimed it (the right owners allow themselves to monetize ads on the video).

Having remixes of the Qatsi trilogy is a fantastic goal to work for to me, that's why I'm so excited to show it off. Since I didn't get much time to prep, the ports were done as recent as yesterday evening :D

Now for the submission links:

Kudos to musicalman for his samples, they came in handy,
kudos to the teams working on AddMusicK and corrscope,
kudos to supreme midi team for the flawless ear-picking,
kudos to my friends who helped me improve a big deal ever since I've started porting here,

I'm also glad to announce I've finally reached this cool milestone of having the "music ninja" trophy! #smrpg{y}

I hope I'll keep motivation to improve even more and to contribute more requests.

That's it for my music threads. Cheers!

Yo I love to hear Modern music in the SMW community. Really cool remix.

Curious with this music. It's reallt fancy.
I really like the ports as we can always have more moody and distinct tracks for people to use in their projects.
I can already envision a good few instances where one could use this track in their levels be it for a cutscene or a very long ending/opening scene.

Great Work Qantuum! #smrpg{y}
Seeing Philip Glass music ported to SMW was not something that I expected to see, lol. Nice work!

If you've not already checked it out, I also highly recommend his collaboration with Kronos Quartet on the Mishima score.

[?] Miscellaneous Helpful Hints
If I moderated your hack, there was apparently a 90 percent chance it was rejected.
That sound is so good. And congratulations on the trophy.

Thanks a lot, Anorakun!

Btw, if anyone is coming here, there is another Powaqqatsi song I'd like to see ported, there's a request here because I'm curious on someone else's style to do it.
