Dippy's Obligatory C3 Port Thread - Summer 2021

Hey guys. It's C3 Season again, so I'm back with another one of these port threads.

I didn't prepare for this one like a fool, so I only have one (1) port for now. I might have more later if I complete more, but this is all I got for y'all so far.

If any of you have been following my port history, you'll know that I've been on a SuperSponge porting kick lately. The songs are just really catchy and fun to port. This is yet another song from the game. This song, despite being named 'Lonely Souls' is a pretty fun and catchy song. Give it a listen!

As usual, I'll put DLs up when the time frame for making new threads is up. Happy C3!

The Bubba'N'Stix ports do fascinate me Dippy. I heard about the game, by seeing it on the Amiga CD32. The music fits appropiately.

Nice job as always, Dippy! I don't know the original, but I do know that I like your port of it, it makes me want to dance. The energy in here is great! The samples sound very SpongeBob-y too.

insert some deep analysis of how the song's title is a critique of loneliness being perceived as negative.

I remember stumbling across the Bubba N Stix ports. They definitely have their own distinct feel to them.
As for the Super Sponge Port it has a lot of energy going for it with it been rather upbeat. Suppose I could see it used in a few areas like a runway train level of sorts is what comes first to my head.

I haven't played many SpongeBob games so I went to listen to the original too to compare. Gotta say, you nailed it! This is definitely a tune to groove to.

Wow, neat song. It has kinda that "country" feeling. Another song which comes into my mind is the Puzzle Plank Galaxy one, althought this one is way more upbeat. Your Spongbob ports have been a banger to list. Thank you for bringing them. Such great songs.

Ooh, this truly does sound catchy! Who would've thought that the soundtrack to a SpongeBob game in particular could've ended up that way? It may be one (1) port, but on its own it's amazing. I can't get over how accurate it is to the original music, great job with tuning the samples and instruments so well, Dippy!

If you do intend on presenting more ports before C3's time is up, then I hope you have fun completing them!

It's one port but it's worth 10 of them. I really admire the details in this, with all the fake echo and all. The insert size also tells how much work has been put into it.
