Graphics Super Mario World Resource Release Screenshots

Super Mario World sure is an interesting game, huh? I find it especially fascinating how people are able to insert a wide variety of graphics from other games into it! Today I have just that to present this C3, though there are only four (4) to choose from.

Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3 - Minigame Table Set: Show/Hide

It's the table set that appears in the room before minigames begin, including those World-e Mushroom Houses. You can even place sprites on the table so you can dine on some yummy Cape Feathers! (Download)

Super Mario Kart - Piranha Plant: Show/Hide

The pesky Piranha Plant obstacles you'd come across in places like Choco Island 1 or Choco Island 2. These graphics replace Munchers. (Download)

Super Mario All-Stars: Super Mario Bros. 3 - Unused Cloud: Show/Hide

Revamped cloud graphics from the original Super Mario Bros. 3 that go completely unused in its SNES remake. Needless to say, they're quite simplistic in detail, but it works in the cloud's favour. (Download)

Super Mario All-Stars: Super Mario Bros. 3 - Desert: Show/Hide

Here we have the desert tileset from Super Mario All-Stars: Super Mario Bros. 3, including all unique palettes the graphics share! Sometimes it's easy for me to forget about the blue pipe maze from that one World 7 level. (Download)

Those rips sure do know how to come from games outside of Super Mario World! Unfortunately, there are only four, as I said, to foretell the foreseeable custom graphics for anyone to forward upon their own fortunate uses. Thanks for stopping by, happy C3!!

I like how snugly seamlessly the first three fit into SMW. I could have sworn we already had the SMB3 pipe background, but I like how there's multiple palettes now! Never knew SMB3 had them.

More SMB3 stuff, just what I needed!
Also, love to see people ripping stuff from Super Mario Kart. We never had one of these in the site.

Wait, did that table graphic not exist before? Seems like something that would've been made a long time ago, but I suppose it's easy to forget about

I could have sworn that the SMAS SMB3 Desert tileset was ripped already, Oh well.

To be honest I find the rest of what's being offered here to be kinda meh and underwhelming. I suppose someone else will find some use out of them.

I'm disappointed with this site. How come we don't have enough nice table graphics? I didn't know we needed a table, until you showcased it.

Great job at bringing more Mario stuff in the site. I thought we had the desert graphic submitted, but it doesn't seem to be the case. Thanks for bringing such rips.

These are so cute! Seconding what others have said, a lot of these are graphics I never knew I needed, and they all blend so well with vanilla SMW graphics.

The unused SMB3 cloud looks like it'd fit right at home in prototype SMW especially, along with the rest of the upgraded SMB3 graphics it had.

The SMK Piranha Plant holds a special place in my heart.

Finally I love the GIF you included at the top. It's so funny as a header.

Thank you all for the feedback! I'm happy that this very specific amount of ripped graphics is liked a lot. They may be underwhelming, but I'm sure someone out there might find the small amount of them useful!

It's funny how certain graphics work like that. Maybe they just compliment Super Mario World's somewhat inconsistent artstyle?

You'd be surprised with what ends up flying under the radar for a while here. For example, Mario Paint currently has no submissions in the Graphics section at all!

To answer all of these, the SMAS SMB3 desert graphics have already been ripped and appear in some hacks, but the full tileset was never submitted to the site. There is technically one exception though, being the Desert Pipe Maze extention.

What is a Lunar Magic, and can I eat it?
