Can you find all the differences?

How well do you think you know Super Mario World? You can now test it with this little silly game I've made (totally not done in the last 10 minutes).

I've made 40 (forty) small edits to the first levels in SMW, up until Yoshi's Island 4 (you can't progress further). These edits may be anything, from moving one block, to adding a sprite... Anything that can be done in Lunar Magic, basically. Of course, I only edited stuff that can actually be seen while playing the game. Do you think you can find them all? Some of them may be a bit obscure, so don't worry if you can't find each one of them. Also, don't try to cheat and open the ROM in Lunar Magic, it won't be of much help :P
As a side note, I didn't edit the title screen, intro or bonus game levels.

I know it's a bit late in C3, but you have up until the voting period starts to send me your guesses. To help explain them to me, you can make screenshots or whatever you need. Looks fun, not sure I can find 40 but I'll give it a good go.

You should definitely make a full-game version of this for the next C3 (if you want) with 200 or so edits, would be a good way of getting people to replay SMW with attention that it probably doesn't get anymore.

I haven't played vanilla SMW in a long while, I wonder how much I'll be able to find.

That sounds... daunting, lol. Also after playing it for a bit it would become more annoying than fun, I think.

Especially if you put most of the edits in autoscrollers

I guess you're right though, playing the whole game is one thing but it would probably get frustrating trying to spot differences while also not dying.
