I'm looking into clarifying a bit specifically for ripped graphics, because rips can obsolete eachother in our section unlike say, music, where ports don't.... But for now if the user is still active, then ask them 100% of the time, even for things like rips. I've accepted a couple palmask-adding updates and map16 optimizations since they're correcting a "performance failure" in my eyes, but other edits don't qualify for that and we haven't started a remod yet. Layer 3 ports often require deeper modification like converting and color crushing down to 2bpp.
