Adds a few changes to the default bonus game as well as some fixes: 1. Will trigger the "bonus game end" theme and animation even if the bonus game is entered from the Overworld or as a sublevel. This prevents being softlocked if a pipe happens to lead to the room, or the player manages to land on an overworld tile that hasn't been configured. -- Rewrites the Cluster Sprite 1up so that it no longer appears out of thin air, and properly "exits" the pipe. It also will play a sound. -- Adds functionality for the SMA2 "failure" pose if Mario fails to get a single 1up. By default, it will use crouching frames.
I simply couldn't get this to work. First of all, Asar couldn't insert it at first because !sa1 was not defined when the ROM isn't SA-1, and there was an "elsif" instead of "elseif".

Yeah, i have no idea wether this is a small or big fix to be done, so i'll leave it at that.
