Brings up the save prompt by pressing start in the overworld. The player should be standing on a level tile to actually be able to bring it up. Note that "Allow using Start to scroll on main overworld map." should be ENABLED for this to work correctly. Requested by Golden Yoshi.
v1.1 ---- - Fixed issue where the prompt could be brought up while walking in the OW, which could cause Mario to get stuck when restarting the game. - Added SA-1 support.

A separate patch was submitted and approved that matches all of this patch's features, but additionally does not forcibly disable looking around the overworld with Start.
