Hey,
so I had 3 UberASM Codes in one level (they were called through library) and at one section of the level where I did not have slowdown/spawn issues there is now slowdown and also the sprites I have placed there spawn now differently. Is it because I have too many UberASMs in one Level or is it something else?

It should be something else. What kind of codes are these? Did you try running uberasm without those codes and seeing if the issue persists?
Yeah, without those codes it does work fine. I used the Horizontal Wrap by (I think) KevinM, and one HDMA Gradient and the „Wave-Effect“ (Effect tool.)

Scientific method at work: try inserting them one by one and see when does the problem appear.
