Hello Link13, I noticed you didn't put the resource type tag in your post. I manually added what I think is the correct one, in this case ASM. If it's wrong feel free to change it yourself.

The color of the egg can be changed with $0CD865.
Also, if you want to change it for each cutscene, you need to insert a JSL : NOP in $0CD864.
