Tip: If you place a moon, midpoint, or dragon coin through Map16, it will always respawn whenever you reenter that sublevel. It will not respawn if you add it through the Add Objects/Extended Objects window.
Over the years I've been on this site I've wanted to make a Tool-Assisted: Kaizo hack. And recently I've started to do just that!
Stages So Far
1: Demeter (A grassland level based around poison mushrooms.)
2: Poseidon (Level that has layer 3 which kills you, and is based mostly on sprite 43 the vertical dolphin sprite)
3: Oztoteotl (A Level in which you can't score points)
5: Zeus (A somewhat ultra star)
I see the obvious Mario is Screwed inspiration in this hack It's good so far. Some screenshots, particularly 4, look rather easy, given that you can just rest on the platform after luring the disco shell back and forth, and I can't see the intended solution on 2 and 3, unless there's a sprite flipping the switch in 2. Good luck, and don't give up!
