Great background rips as per usual, Roberto! Or should I say, "evidence", haha. It's always nice to see you shed light on rather obscure games by bringing pieces of them into Super Mario World for anybody to use. The backgrounds from Fantasy Zone II: Tears of Opa-Opa in particular are cute!

What is a Lunar Magic, and can I eat it?

Fantastic rips, as usual, Roberto. I'm surprised still how you know a lot of very obscure games. You have like a graphic rip for everyone, it seems.

Genuinely, I had never heard of a single one of these games before they were mentioned here. I don't know if that's more a claim to how sheltered I am when it comes to games, or how well-versed you are in obscure games (maybe even both!). Great choices with what backgrounds you ripped, these look like they'd work fairly well with at least a few of the tilesets hosted on SMWCentral.

These are some very good choices for backgrounds to rip, clean and simple. I look forward to seeing them used in hacks.

These are absolutely gorgeous, roberto. My favorite one, for some reason, is the telephone pole one from Polar Express. Not only did I almost think it was a real photo at first, but something about it just looks so peaceful and serene. I could definitely see myself using that rip.

Chou Gekijouban Keroro Gunsou 3 - Tenkuu Daibouken de Arimasu! (Stage 1-5) is probably my favourite out of the rips for some reason.
I just like the depth that forest skyline gives to the buildings in the far back of the image. I also quite like that Snowy Background with overhead wires.

Quite the solid selection of backgrounds. Nicely Done!
