K4120 (read: Kay-Four One Twenty) is a single screen Kaizo hack with ~100 Rooms, there's nothing more to it other than it is "optimized" for Speedrunning, that's why there is always a timer on screen. I made it last year because I was frustrated with the progress of my regular hack and wanted to do something quick. I didn't bother to release it due to it being not polished enough. Well, I did polish it in the last week, so you can play it now. Here have a C3 release trailer:

Screenshots just in case:

Just some additional things to mention that are in K4120:
* There are no custom Sprites.
* No disco shells and unmarked kaizo blocks.
* Time is saved after each run, the best time is always displayed on the titlescreen.
* There is no classic titlescreen, I did some "magic".
* Almost all ASM is made by me in the past 10 or so years, except for some Bugfix patches and the removal of score.
* Cheese is encouraged, it is never a error on my part, I'm aware of all of them.

Other:
* My time for this Version is 00:27:45:08. In an earlier version (which was a tiny bit more difficult) I got 00:27:20:39. I guesstimate a time of under 20 Minutes is possible (I could test but I'm too lazy to do that)
* I have not submitted this yet, I may tweak some more stuff around (maybe even swap some rooms).
* I just noticed that the titlescreen looks kinda like Casio Mario Worlds titlescreen, at least the font seems to be the same. This is just a coincidence.
Really like the transparent tiles set up looks nice

LAYOUT FOOTER:
I'm not quite good enough right now to even make a dent in your time, but I really appreciate the concept of this. Hacks with shorter, more tightly focused levels are always welcome in my book and the addition of a speedrunning aspect with the nicely animated timer makes it that much more charming. Adding this to the list of hacks to check out later on—well done.
Really liked the trailer, the cool music mixed with the tasteful amount of funny text struck my niche. Big fan of that song, as well. Sehr gut arbeit!
New record, baby!

That was an absurdly enjoyable hack with neat aesthetics, and I like how you took the single screen concept and bundled it into clever setups. I felt the difficulty of some rooms, especially the earlier ones, was kinda inconsistent, such as this hard to do jump. It could've been shifted way later into the game. I could also cheese some bits, but you said you're aware of all of them. By the way, watch out for softlocks (if I didn't bring the key, I'd have no choice but to emulator reset, and I don't like how Start+Select doesn't save your progress).

Nonetheless, keep it up!

A beautiful wish. But there will be no future. Not for you.
