Hey, I got this idea randomly yesterday so here's a quickie before C3 ends: an easy way to transition between different HDMA gradients in a level. This could be useful for aesthetic changes as the level/time goes on, for day/night cycles or also for making the gradient fade to black when hitting the goal tape. The usage is explained in the readme, but do note that the code is SA-1 only.

Reminds me a lot of the first DKC level where it transitions to a much darker time of day.
I can see this been really handy for projects that want more dynamic visuals.

Pretty neat overall! Reminds me a lot of the gradient transitions DKC's jungle levels pull (and you could arguably pull the same effect with this).
