This is a good attempt but I'd like to see a few things addressed before accepting it. My main issue with this is that the volume mixing for some instruments is quite different than the original, probably because of how muffled the samples are with the SNES gaussian filter. Mainly, the lead synth that comes in at 0:31 is barely audible in the mix. As a tip, to not have to mess with all the volume commands, you can try changing the gain values in the #instruments part (which are all $7F right now) to balance them out.
Speaking of the synth, the original part at 0:30 uses portamento (command 3 in the MOD) to tie the notes together: at least adding legato there would make it feel better. And after that there's a trill (command 007, which alternates between the note and the note 7 semitones above it) which isn't present in the port. I'd also have the panning more similar to the Amiga, but that's more of a personal preference. I also feel like the tempo is a bit too fast, maybe 50 or 51 would be better.
Finally, there's a few optimizations that could be added: in channel 1 you can loop together a lot of named loop calls using super loops, for example:
This part in channel 0 can be simplified a bit:
and in channel 1:
