A disassembly of the rotating grey platforms with an optional option to turn all or some of the platforms into death platforms

Description
A customizable sprite that mimics the grey rotating platforms (both single and triple rotating grey platforms) that has an option to turn the actual platform into a "death" platform, killing Mario when he touches it. Sort of like putting a set of death blocks rotating on a chain.
