Tip: When you're about to release your hack, make a patch first, patch it to a clean ROM, and then test that. This way, you are testing both the hack AND the patch.

Unfortunately, I'll have to reject this. There are a number of things I'd like to see improved before I'm ready to accept.

1. The ExGFX files are not very optimized, for instance:

Many of the internal tiles are repeated over and over, and I think that with some good optimization, this tileset can fit entirely into one file instead of two.

2. A palette file is included without a palmask, although it seems to be the same as the palette that does have a palmask. I'd advise you to only have the one palette file, since there's no use case for an identical palette file without the palmask.

3. Color 3F (as seen in the bones of screenshot 2) does not match with any color in the original, and in my opinion the purple is not the most suitable color for this purpose. I'd advise sticking to the palette prescribed by the original artist, at least for that color in particular. It does also seem to me that this palette is a touch oversaturated compared to the original (for reference, I'm looking at this image: )

4. While not a reason for rejection, please stick to the official tag list.

If you fix these issues, I'll have no trouble accepting it.
