While it's a nice attempt, I'll reject it dues it poor optimization of the palette.

My big issue with the palette is that we have a lot of duplicate or unneeded colors for the submission. As a suggestion, I recommend mapping the palette to row E or F, since the other colors are used by koopas and other very common sprites.

The Dark Green color are the unused and / or duplicate colors. With a lot of similar palettes, this sprite can be shrunken to use 7 colors only.

Once you fix this issue with the palette, I can accept this rip.
