For starters, this is in the wrong section. The SMW block section is never meant for custom graphics no matter the target, only for gameplay. There are custom block graphics, but only because they're used in tandem with the custom blocks.
Next time when you aren't sure exactly where to ask, you can use the Moderation Questions forum.
For future reference: Custom block graphics are submitted as miscellaneous graphics.

Even from the perspective of a graphics moderator (I'm only the middleman here, questions belong to them, not me), this would have been rejected for two reasons:
  • These graphics are simply upscaled from the source graphics. If you need a good reference, here is such one.
  • You're using AN2. This should never be done for static graphics but rather for animated graphics only. Instead, put the graphics directly to BG2 or BG3, considering the file is both compatible and you already put the tiles in the BG2 area.
  • Should you use, animations, it's recommend to use only one slot since using multiple slots is both, slower (which is important because the code to update the screen must not run for too long and animated tiles are part of the updat coe) and can cause desynch issues as well should you not align the slots correctly.
Lastly, as a general tip for next time, use the emulator to get at least static screenshots directly so you have got a screenshot in the correct resolution.
