The best DS games I've played are Radiant Historia, the two Mega Man ZX games, and the two Mario & Luigi games (mainly Bowser's Inside Story). New Super Mario Bros. isn't bad either.

I'm working on a hack! Check it out here. Progress: 64/95 levels.
Probably PMD2 and Megaman Star Force 3 honestly, along with Pokemon B/W and B2/W2; I would mention both of the MMZX games as well, but I actually haven't played them yet (mainly cuz I want to buy them physically as a way to make it more "special" I suppose, either by buying the original games so I can play them on my 3DS XL or buying the Legacy Collection on Switch), plus I actually haven't played too many DS games since I could never get any of them to run on a emulator with my old Windows XP computer, and I never had the actual console until I got my 3DS (like I said before), so admittedly my knowledge on them is a bit iffy in comparison to the GBA (which I actually have way more memories of than the SNES oddly enough, despite it being my first ever console) for example, but I do like a majority of the games on there and have wanted to play a lot of them for a while, so well, there's that I guess

What DS game would you recommend to that one PERVERTED WEEB friend of yours?
The World Ends With You (Better here than on the Switch)
Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor
Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor 2
Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey
Pokemon Platinum, Pokemon HGSS, Pokemon Black/White, Pokemon Black/White 2
Rhythm Heaven (Try the USA Undub Patch sometime, I don't recommend it for a first playthrough)
Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow (Get the No Touch Screen Patch, thank me later)
Osu! Takate! Ouendan!
Moero! Nekketsu Rhythm Damashii: Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan 2
Elite Beat Agents
Rune Factory 3
Ghost Trick
------
Your perverted friend might like Rune Factory 1 2 or 3, since you can marry your waifu in that game. I've only played 3 on the DS, and heard it gets harder to go back to the earlier titles because the mechanics only get much better over time.
1 - Mario Kart DS
2 - Pokémon Diamond
3 - Super Mario 64 DS (Although I prefer the original)

Just tell them to play Love Plus or something lmao
There's also a few To Love-Ru games (for some reason), one of them being on the DS that I found out about thanks to a SiivaGunner rip, maybe those as well? Dunno if they're particularly "perverted", but knowing the source material it's certainly likely lol
Nothing will ever encapsulate the feeling and joy I got from completing Heart Gold for the first time.
Downloading the enhanced versions made by very great rom hack developers is even better(that allow every pokemon and more QOL updates), there's just something special about that game.
Great music, great content, just an overall great game.
Although, Mystery Dungeon is there too,
Mario Kart DS
Wario Ware.
Just a few good ones.
The World Ends With You and Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor If we're restricting ourselves to specifically DS games and not adding the 3DS in, if we are, Change Devil Survivor to the Overclocked port (that being the version I played), Etrian Odyssey 4, and Kid Icarus: Uprising
TWEWY has a great story that unfolds the more you're willing to put into figuring it out and doing the post-game content (to the extent that the ending you get is completely unclear to the player as to what even happened until you get the notes and think about it for a bit). The OST is amazing, and the gameplay was a perfect mess that just felt so fun to enter battles with. The game giving you an option to chain multiple fights and lower your level for the sake of increasing the drop chances made it feel more direct and to the point which I loved the option for.
Devil Survivor was possibly my first real experience with a JRPG that clicked for me. It was amazing to progress through the first main day casually than hit the wall that was the boss for that day. It quickly stopped being what I was used to with RPGS (pokemon/FF) and became a puzzle in the form of a fight. I needed to strategize my party's builds to cater to a point where I could manage. The day I finally beat that boss was so exhilarating, and then I got to see that there was 6(7) more days and more bosses just like this where I can't just rush in with a higher DPS stick than the boss. DS also had a story that I enjoyed and Overclock's summoning/combining/compendium allowed me to really mess around with my demons on my main character that of the two demons, one was immune to all regular types of damage, and the other did crits on every regular types of damage. One had flight that allowed me to move faster than anything else on the board/field as well.
Etrian Odyssey 4 was everything I experienced in Devil Survivor but in a more open setting. Trekking through dungeons was incredibly fun; working my way in with limited resources hoping to get further than my last attempt, strategizing my team to have debuffer on back-left ready for whatever specific thing, DPSers up front either spamming crits or buffing the one that can get the most damage out among the 2, healer center back, magician on right to focus on weaknesses. The OST was amazing on top of that.
Kid Icarus: Uprising was fun....Yep, that's about it.
TWEWY, DS, and EO4 are probably some of my favorite games of all time, that being said I can't really ever go back and play my favorite games because i'd be too focused on getting to the parts I enjoy and grow to get annoyed with the tutorials and low-points. Every game has low-points and its not like there bad, I just really want to remember the parts I like and skip the hassle to the point that I just don't want to go through the easy/low parts again.
Lol Altus made me not care for pokemon somehow and that's just hilarious to me
Mario Kart DS, Pokemon HeartGold, Pokemon Black, New Super Mario DS
One that i really liked that not many people talk about is Contact, it was developed by grasshopper and has a very unique aesthetic for the time. Its been a long day, chill a bit
I don't have Mario Kart DS, but recommend this game if you're into logo-making on vehicles.
New Super Mario Bros is a great game that brought back 2D Mario platforming. Definitely a recommendation.
All of about Mario... and one or two of Dragon Ball
But mostly, my favorites are always the ones by mario lmaoPracticing level design... with the keyboard malfunctioning
