This is pretty good! It's not the most unique level ever, but it's a nice little obstacle course that would fit right at home in a regular Mario game. #smw{:TUP:}

I did like the wide variety of enemies, but because there were so many, it felt like none of them lived up to their true potential. The Dry Bones and Chargin' Chuck felt like they were just there to get in the way, while the Thwomps and Steelies had clearer setups and intentions.


Speaking of setups, this bit caught me off-guard... that single coin that's next to the pipe feels misleading. I expected it was a hint at some secret ledge below, so I jumped down. Instead I found a line guide and a bottomless pit, probably related to a secret path. You might want to move that so nobody else makes the same mistake.

Other than that, the only other suggestion I can think of is to polish up the aesthetics a bit. A custom palette would go a long way. I also noticed the gap between the pipes and the water/lava in a few sections - if you tried merging some tiles, you could fill in that gap.
