Other relavent info, this hack was actually lead by Squirrelyman157; the same one who made 🐸🥣. He was actually one of the anonymous members of the original hack, but with his permission he is credited as one of the main leaders alongside myself. Unfortunately, due to the hack needing an extra 6 months to finish as well as real life priorities, I had to go solo and lead it the rest of the way. As a result, the hack's actually much harder than the first entry, but if you can beat the JUMP hacks, I'm sure you'll be fine. But yeah...if you like yourself chaos, this is it.

This game sucks. It has the worst level design ever and awful graphics. The fact that the final boss theme is THAT song makes it even worse.

Real big important update released: there's a HUGE oversight in v0.9.0 which basically locks the game if you beat "CAPITALISM HIGHWAY" so if you want access to the final two levels (you definitely do), DO NOT beat that level when you upgrade your save data. (Don't ask how we missed this obviously huge oversight btw)
But also, new purchasable item is available.

Is there a way to transfer my save data from v0.9.0 to v0.9.1? Or do I have to redo everything up until world 3?

EDIT: Nevermind I replaced the v0.9.0 ROM with v0.9.1 and my save data seems to have transferred automatically.
If anyone asks how can you possibly improve perfection send them here.
Thank you all for playing ~omh~ so far. There's a few issues that we will address like some missing checkpoints or other issues relating to various code, and addressing the missing credits (currently being worked on as I speak!)

If all goes to plan, the hack will be released on the actual hack section in a week or a week and a half, depending on how smoothly it all goes. Glad you all are having fun with it!

I definitely want to play, but, I'm not really the biggest fan of trying out demos. (Unless it's something like Keytastrophe or Tale of Elementia)

The whole game is there, the only thing missing is a few fixes and the credits (thus it being an "early beta"). You can beat the game, the bosses are all present, and yeah.

100 exit achieved today (technically)

Overall really enjoyed it but it has some, irritating, problems (weirdly tight, overlong sections, low quality masked behind shitposting (though that one is probably intended)) but they weren't common enough to dampen my experience playing. Many gimmicks and ideas used were really fun, funny, and unique, and some levels were just straight up good, like the Thwimp Level advertised as a Bowser Statue Level, and "Whiteboy Band" (minus it being a little long and the ending not being easy on my photosensitive eyes).

Big issue though, due to how the Final Castle works rn (not giving you an exit) if you go into "Wait, there shouldn't be a level here" you can't return to that screen unless you beat the castle again. I had to Lunar Magic Mario's start position to see the post-credits and get my (technically) 100th exit.

(also what's the music used for the Key-Per fight? really enjoyed it)

Second, there's a good number of missing checkpoints and some tweaks we're going to make to the final version (like the missing checkpoint before the
Supply Truck
boss fight, that one was a dumb mistake on my end). There's also the kinda confusing
Tower of the Exits
, which is a result of just poor communication on what it's "point" is thanks to a missing info box. However, there are just going to be things that will remain questionable like some gimmick levels themselves or levels made by a specific designer (one that's graphical focused). Nothing in
"The Brick"
will be touched besides like one tiny aesthetic thing.

Finally, I do have to apologize about not having a way back to
catworld
after beating the game because what you're meant to do is just exit from the hidden pipe that you spawn on, and that unlocks a way back from
Tower of the Exits
. But because you have access to the beginning of the game from that spot, that path that leads back to
Tower of the Exits
doesn't get unlocked, so that's completely my fault for the oversight. Unfortunately an update will not be posted before the forums close, but that's just the result of things being an early beta.

Still, I'm happy people are still enjoying it, and so does the team. We will get that update out hopefully this month (before the 28th at the latest, I hope).


e: oh, the battle song from Key 'Per is from Last Bible III (Last Bible III - Battle with Arec ported by Kevin).

Yeah y'all truly made something Fun, even if there's subjective elements the overall package is definitely someone could just pick up to have a laugh at. I'll probably write up a more in-depth review when y'all get the full version out (and I can "Actually" 100 Exit it lol)
