To save everyone the trouble of setting up the (discontinued) Powerups Pack themselves, I've created this minimal baserom resource with just the powersups in it (and what it requires). All you need to do is: patch the included "powerups.bps" and save it in the main folder of the baserom.

- This is a FastROM baserom not SA-1.
- There is a batch script to help you run the included tools.
- All required tools are in the "Tools" subfolder.
- Sprite Header 08
must be used for any new levels so the Ice Blocks and Bubbles can be displayed correctly.
