Hello everyone, me and Batata Douce have been gradually working on a new update for the hack, allot of new levels and improvements have been made too over the year.

The first being, the inclusion of World 3 known as Calm Seaside, a beach like area where you are sure to feel relaxed, maybe you'll come across some inhabitants that live there, below are some screenshots.





We also have some new features such as a level length indicator, that will be split into 6 categories, the main 4 being Small, Medium, Large and Xtra Large, some of these icons will have a star and house too that will indicate the level is a home base for resources and spcial accessible areas.






Finally, the big surprise, we will have Luigi now playable, and a plus, he will have his own mansion too where you will meet him, we'll give more details as we are closer to releasing in the coming days, so stay tuned. #smrpg{<3}

Hey there. It's nice to see both you and Batata Douce working on the hack with the 3 princesses. I do like what you presented here. Nice beginning with the 1st screenshot. I do like the boos in the background, as well as the layer 3 boos I gave to you. I also see a gray SML flower. Will this feature creepy enemies?
Good use of the SMB2 water spout the whale has. Also, very good drawing of the whale in the BG.
The 3rd screen has thunder shown via clouds and all HDMAs look great, which I forgot to specify. Does the water come from SMB3?
Back to the OWs. Those do have a nice overhaul in terms of GFX, as well as the level indicator shown in screenies.
For the 2nd final screen, not sure what tileset that is really.
The boo fog was definitely a nice touch and, it's abit hard to notice at first but they also appear on the foreground, there will be more creepy enemies involved in this level yes, along with boos themselves, but I promise they aren't too mean. The water does come from SMB3 with a more transparency texture to make it blend in better with the surroundings. As as far the 2nd final tiles goes, it wasna sewer set, more so a pipeline area that involves some leakage.

Wow it looks amazing. If xtra large is only the 4th level length, I shudder to think how the long the longest level is #smrpg{sick}

Xtra Large should be the biggest indicator, while levels with Small will be the shortest, depending on the world too, some levels will have multiple checkpoints later on #smw{O_O!}

The next demo will definitely have allot more to do, and improvements, new content and features that will be included #smw{:TUP:}

Wow, I'm a bit late on this thread, ain't I? Sorry for the wait too for this new version. We didn't make it to C3, but considering that these last two months we have made great progress, I expect that this version will be ready to launch this March. We will also try to open a public playtest in the Works in Progress forum once we get everything a bit more polished, so get ready for giving some of your feedback. #smw{:TUP:}

Somehow Geometry Dash 2.2 dropped before we launched this new version, but hopefully we will launch it before Valve makes a trilogy. Peace #smrpg{y}

Besides the hack announcement update, a few rips from Super Princess Peach, thanks to Rykon-V73 for optimizing better.

The tidal waves and snowballs can be stationary sprites, while for the dotted clouds, they act more as a P-switch, they should work and for the one that will generate lightning, a sprite should be used to generate the lightning at the frame where the cloud is at the final 2 frames.
