Basically, I am releasing a collection of Redrawn-styled sprite graphics from 2022 to current year. All of the graphics were made by me, though the sparky and hothead ones were from Super Princess Peach, devamped in the same way icegoom did with certain assets in his GFX hack. The Bony Beetle was a collaborative effort with nottobook (whom now goes by sonicexe935) whom I have permission to release. The font is basically the og Redrawn font but boldened to be more consistent with the style of fonts more often used in SMW hacks. Also helps with readability

On Pixel Art Requests: Depends on what it is and if I have the time for it. If its complex and I don't have the time, don't expect me to accept it.

Disclaimer - Toad Town tiles and background not included. They will be released at a later time but not this C3. It is only shown to demonstrate the ideal sort of level environment one should be using the NPC sprites.

Anyways please read the information.txt file if you are going to use it, as it has some version differences.

Inspiration of the NPC Toads were based off of the Toad graphic seen in Mario's Lost World, which was a layer 1 foreground element from that hack.

Always glad to see your redrawn-styled resources! Once again, they're excellent additions to this graphics style.

I'm especially fond of the Toad NPCs and the fire flower releases. Amazing job on those!
You've really got the Redrawn style down! I could hardly tell what's the original and what's your own (in a good way, because I'm one of the few who actually doesn't dislike the Redrawn graphics).

Yes. In fact I wanted to release a few redrawn gfx for custom sprites but im not sure if I have the time to do that, on top of other things.

I didn't entirely liked the fact that icegoom got rid of the scary faces of the trees entirely in the Redrawn graphics style, so I decided to revert it to be more in line with the way OG SMW had em. I did this in 2023.

Also please read the important information.txt document, because it pertains to the way icegoom remapped some things in the overworld that aren't shown with the hosted Redrawn GFX files on the site on how to view it properly for your Redrawn SMW hacks.

EDIT - For GFX1D in current redrawn version folder - please also make sure you have the big tree palette remapped to be using palette 4. Forgot to say in the text file.

EDIT 2 - Fixed an oversight in the demo 2 folder regarding one of the big tree's corners...it used the default og graphic.

Finally, the fun spooky trees are back in Redrawn style. It's kinda baffling to me that Icegoom sacrificed them, when they're one of the most memorable things about Super Mario World itself. I remember when I was younger, I always wondered about these mysterious trees, since not everyone could afford to have a video game here in Brazil. We had to rent to play or go in specific places to play games for a limited time. They look very nice, thanks for making it.

Also, great job at the Toad NPCs, they look fantastic. #smrpg{:3}


i feel like im one of the few people who like redrawn. I dont like the de-saturated pallet that comes with it but the graphics themselves are good. It's nice to have more sprites in this style and some of these are honestly improvements over the original.
