1. "Pumkin Plains 14" is an impossible level. You could fix this by changing the floor under the goal tape to be normal ground.
2. The overworld path that goes up from "Pumkin Plains 14" is incorrectly placed, meaning that going there results in an infinite loop.
3. There is no credits level or file present.
I also found two minor issues, in that "Pumkin Plains 14" is misspelled, and "Pumpkin Dungeon 2" does not move the player forward after completion.
The three major issues are must-fixes before you submit the hack again, after which it can be accepted.
