Thank you for the opportunity to moderate "Issac's First Romhack", and congrats on your hacking journey to this point! Unfortunately, as you mention, this is "a very basic reskin of Yoshi's Island 1". This breaks Core Value 2, which states that hacks should not be small edits of the vanilla game.

While that alone is sufficient reason for rejection, it should be noted that the short length of the hack and garbled graphics could also be judged to be in violation of core values 1 and 6, respectively.
