Judge Volunteering Thread

Hello future judges and prospective contest hosts!
If you're interested in judging a contest yourself, but don't want to host one, feel free to post here to signal that you're available.

A few things to consider writing to make it more likely that you're chosen:

-Preferred style of hack (Standard, Kaizo, Puzzle, Troll, etc)

-Overall skill level (Try to be as honest as possible here, every skill level is valuable when judging)

-Some sample reviews (If you've got them)

-Whether you intent to stream the entries

-Something signifying whether you are currently available or not

Additionally, always remember that if you accept the responsibility of judging a contest, you will be expected to finish judging the contest. You can also, of course, refuse to judge a contest for any reason. Posting in this thread does not mean that contest hosts can just put you down on their judge roster without asking first.

It is recommended that you also take a look at the Event Volunteer Guidelines if you have no prior experience being part of any sort of event.

Merry judging.
I am willing to judge for a Standard contest. My difficulty threshold is around Standard Very Hard, more specifically towards the range of stuff like JUMP1/2 and mice. I have previously judged OLDC2 and 24ho#13, though through feedback I have gotten from those times I have a better idea of what people are looking for in a judge. I am not planning on streaming anything during a judging period as I find it affects my ability to do so in a fair manner. You can PM me on here or find me on discord to ask my present availability at any given time.
