I just felt like sharing some of my stuff. I've been doing that on the SMWCentral Discord in the past.


Sooo.... This hack is supposed to be a Vanilla SMW hack. It's 95% Original SMW content, with some patches, twists and a bit of custom stuff etc.

It's a bit bigger then the OG SMW game with 77 Levels. OG SMW has 74 Levels.
It's about 60% finished I'd say. And I'm very very proud of it.

When you play this hack you are supposed to feel like SMW just released again and you get to experience it again. I just love SMW and I LOVE to work with the base game.
I can't wait to see youtube videos, streams, speedruns or whatever you want to do with my hack when it eventually comes out. I'll watch all of it :D.

Honest feedback is apprechiated ofc. And I love to see comments. Whatever you want to say. I'm interested.

Heya!

Small update on my part. I'll also sprinkle in some more screenshots for you. :)

First of all. I am currently working and planning out on a theme and story for the hack. The progress is quite slow, but I got the base and I know what I want to do.
I'll stay true to the original. Like the OG SMW had food as names. I'll have something else I'm not going to say. #smw{;)}

Overall, I'm diligently working on my hack everytime my Brain's got the capacity for it.
Making good progress on World 6 right now. #smw{:TUP:}
Alot of World 6 and now even World 7 are/were planned before, because there are still a couple of Sprites I rarely or didn't even use at all. So I already know how some Level's will end up looking.

Hey guys!

Just a quick update. As you can see... the hack has a name now! :D
"Mario's Colorful Adventure: The Seven Rainbow Orbs"

The hack itself and the story are built on the theme "color" like in OG SMW most of the names from the levels were based on food.
Nothing groundbreaking. It'll be simple for sure but it took quite some time to get an idea going and to match my high standarts. #smw{<_<}
