Better cheep-cheep disassembly

CompleteASM

I tried to tinker around with the swimming cheep-cheep disassembly in the site, but unfortunately, it don't support sa-1 and json. a pain in the ass.

For the new better disassembly, I would like to be able to have sa-1 and json support, adding more options, Extra bits should define it is a horizontal or vertical cheep-cheep.

In other words, a better disassembly should keep the features of the old one, while being user friendly and adding actual defines for easier customization. I hope it's simple enough, I was disappointed that I can't customize such simple things in the actual disassembly.

for RussianMan :)
I'll make it, if you don't mind me ...

changes
.EXGFX eliminates the discomfort of different colors.(If you using the original version, set it to yellow from the json file)
.Reverted the player's judgment when the fish is in the water to the default setting (which had a special behavior in the original)
.Change swimming anime from frame-dependent to coordinate-dependent (this makes anime faster for fast individuals)
.The jumping height was changed from the pointer in the random number table to only a random number.
.Vertically moving fish always point in the direction of the player.
.The graphics are now always flipped vertically when defeated.
.Facing the player's direction when loading (including vertical)
.Add Sonikku's wet timer.(like this patch)
.Can set the speed.

If there is anything else, please reply, and if you are satisfied, please complete it.
Now I wonder if this new cheep-cheep disassembly will include ones that move diagonal, or swim all the way without changing directions until they bump to solid objects as some options?
