Fanatical like a Demon

Odds are short but an SMB3 Bowser boss so that way the community can finally use it and be allowed to submit their hacks for using it. I have both the nes and snes disassembly for it with the nes one having a lot of comments.

Pokey is a cactus, right?

Why not make a Pokey that acts like a Sandworm from Sonic 3 & Knuckles? Pretty much leaping from any floor surface.

I've wanted this for a while now, and I'm surprised it hasn't been thought of or made by anyone else: An upside-down SMB3 Ptooie Plant. It should use the same graphics as the existing rightside-up version found here.

Would the growing flower vine from Yoshi's Island be reasonably doable? I can provide the graphics and palette, and possibly even the original code.

It's funny you mentioned this one imamelia; this is what I was originally thinking too, but I thought it might be a bit too complicated, hence why I went for something different.

Totally love the idea of sprite-spitting Volcano Lotuses.
Hilarious, and much potential to say the least.

Super Mario Maker - Jumping Piranha Plant jumping on the ground

Please use Jumping Piranha Plant that jumps on the ground instead of out of Pipe.
It should feel like falling to the ground, not sticking to the walls or ceiling.
Include one with wings or a parachute.

A piranha plant that turns into a small piranha bud when hit (spin jump/shell/throw block)
Spawns the nearest piranha bud into a full grown piranha plant. Edit: (after a hit)
Piranha buds act as 25

Option to have up/down/left/right position
Option to have piranha plant die after a hit

I got one: Hostile Pokey
A stationary red Pokey that will throw its segments at the player if they get too close and then once it runs out of segments, the head starts hopping towards the player.

Don't eat the sandwich

Peekaboo Pokey
Requesting a Pokey (a cactus, so it counts) that moves in and out of the terrain like a wooden spike. It can either remain stationary or continue chasing Mario, and maybe it can either move on a timer or ambush Mario when he gets close.

I was about to scold you about how you requested something else and deleted that request, but it turns out that item already exists. So... well gamed:

I dare you to give us this Petey Piranha boss from NSMB. It looks tough, but I hope it can be done. At least, something similar.
SMW Central needs a greater selection of bosses. I'm sick of the Thwomp.

Ah shoot, while I'm not the original requester I was kind of hoping they would shoot upwards like the upside down Volcano Lotus.

Still like what you did there, though.
As a fan of Alfred Chicken, these platforms look very close to the platforms of said game now, so I'm playing around with the idea of using them with graphics inpired by the ones seen in Alfred Chicken.

I don't really have any request. Just want to say how impressive I find your pace. You just pump out these sprites in no time at all! They all look really fun.

For the curious, I had requested a growing vine sprite that could be moved around in any direction like a directional coin, but that's been a thing for a while now.

Well, it's sad my request got cancelled. Then again, I can see why. The rest of the requests do look great.
