FPI gave me the ok to show me some of the music I have been doing for The Second Reality Project 3. I took an interest in this "project" after TSRPR became my favorite ROM hack, and here I am.

Let me show you some of the tracks, I have done, in MP3 format and in SPC format.

"Iceberg Base"
"Volcano - Unfinished"
"Beach"
"Acoustic Castle: Redux"
"Reverse Acoustics - MP3"
"Reverse Acoustics - SPC"
"The Roboxx Redux - MP3"
"The Roboxx Redux - SPC"
"Thirdspace - MP3"
"Thirdspace - SPC"
"The Mountain"
"Second Reality - MP3"
"Second Reality - SPC"
"Lost Forest - SPC"
"Medley - Unfinished"

In cases where there is an SPC, it will usually be better than the MP3.

If you guys have any detailed feedback on these, I'd love it. I'd like FPI's hack to be perfect, and that includes aspects right down to the music. Thank you.
(why everyone makes eveything for FPI and anyone makes anything for me?? D:D:D:D:D:D:....)

yay, these sound cool, i listened iceberg, volcano, beach and mountain, these sound just for tha places. beach not, though.

anyway i hope that FPI doesn't partecipate th this convention, otherwise, we are fucked D:)

Oh, so TSRP3 will use different music? Sweet! Are you making all songs, or does FPI make some as well?
I'm sorry I can't give any detailed feedback to any of the songs (I'm neither a music genius nor an Addmusic expert), and the only real (imprecise) criticism I can give is that the "SNN-ish" style of most songs doesn't fit the style of the TSRP series... But after all, it depends on the hack itself. Don't get me wrong though, the music was amazing, and most melodies were really catchy. Keep up the good work!

I guess we're splitting it down the middle. He has made a few exceptional tracks already, though they are his to post, and not mine

Yeah, different music makers have different styles. I'm trying to match his style in some aspects, while retaining my own at the same time. It will most likely be very obvious who made what while you're playing, though as long as they don't "clash", so to speak, we should be fine.

I actually kind of agree. While I made this for a beach, the more and more I listen to it, the less I think it works for that. I'm sure it could be used for something else though.

Also, added a track to the list. (Lost Forest)
i hope only that TSRP3 won't use koopas redrawn, bowser like villain(is not worhty for this epic work) and FPI if partecipate to this convention, we will lose at all!!!!
i re-say it

Wow! This sounds really cool! And it totally suits the TSRP series. I just hope we'll see more of the game itself soon.

Feel free to visit my website/blog - it's updated rarely, but it looks pretty cool!
Some of the tracks sound a bit like not much is happening in them, like the beach and iceberg base.

Well, between this and the tracks that FPI did, the TSRP3 music looks to be about halfway done. {:) I can't wait for the hack to be finished! TSRP is my favorite series ever.
About the beach music: I agree that it doesn't sound exactly like the usual beach, but I believe it will fit the level really well, because it won't be a usual beach-level. :p

About the music-style: Sure, SNN's style is different, but I'm not too sure if it's so obvious in the end when it comes to the question of who did what, since SNN used a few themes I did in his tracks, and I'm planning to do the same thing also, when it's appropiate.

Anyways, I think I'll add some more tracks to the thread, as SNN said I already did a few as well:

Iceless Magnetics
The first track I did for TSRP3, inspired by SNN's Iceberg track.

Powercat's Castle
Sort of TSRPR's castle music-remix. Will be used for World 1's Castle.

Boss BattleĀ³
TSRPR's standart boss battle theme. Or at least, one of at least two. :p

End of all Hope
Yeah... there's really no hope for anything anymore... :p

Ha, not even close :P

Also, I've already made it known to FPI, but "End of all Hope" is my favorite of those tracks, and one of his best pieces he's ever done (at least, in my opinion.)

..of course, that track and my Reverse Acoustics share a major thing in common that the untrained ear couldn't detect. Heh...
@ FPI: Those themes sound awesome, too! They totally remind at TSRPR. I'm sure this game will be great!

SNN, that beach theme sounds more like a grasslandish music. It does not go up to a ear ringing beat like the grasslandish musics I downloaded for SM_HR 3. If FPI does not use it, you should submit.

EDIT: Yay! I can tell the Roboxx are involved in this hack. They inspired me to make the Barakin Army, except the Barakin follow Hunter instead of trying to destroy the first and second realities in FPI's Series, but when I think about, Bowser has an army, SCORPION has an army, Sigma has an army, lots of other villians have an army, so now, Hunter has one as well. Any way, just keep up the good work on your hack.

Those are great FPI, but I hate to say it... but I think that TSRPR Soundtracks are better... sorry.

S.N.N. while your tunes are catchy... b/c just like you, I am a music freak (I just don't know how to compose), the musics relate to the TSRP theme a tad too much. That is just my opinion.

If you would actually read the posts in the thread, that is the whole damn point

Here, I'll spare you the trouble.

Due to the success of the TSRPR soundtrack, the point is to remix some of those tunes.
Wow scorpion..
just wow.
the music is FOR TSRP
of course it's going to sound TSRPish :| it's supposed to

Scorpion, are you really complaining about SNN making The Second Reality Project music being too much like the first and second game. Isn't that the point? You don't see KH2's soundtrack being much different than the first.

Seriously, think about what you say before you say it.
Working on something!

Better than the cape!

No, I am not complaining... I'm just giving my own opinion and nobody should be held accountable for that. Sure SNN's music is related to theme... I'm just saying that it does a little much... I'm sorry if I offended anybody but my post wasn't soppose to be offensive. So I say I'm sorry... here I go agian.

Anyway, I know pronounce this whole conversation about my post over. No excuses.

S.N.N. you're music has it's very own style and I just love that. BD132's post turns everything I said into the complete wrong thing. (sorry BD132)

So my point is: S.N.N.'s music is very different from FPI's in thier own ways, and that it has a nice catchy theme ring to it... but can get a little repetitive overtime... it is a little like- what am I saying, you know what... just forget my last post... but I'll keep it unedited so that people know why this whole thing happened. I'll start over... up there where it says "S.N.N. you're music..." and ending at "...I just love that." that'll make everything better. Yeah, that'll do.

(Edit: By the way, it is "Ruby" now, not SCORPION, soon I'll be sapphire.
Heh heh... You guys never cease to amaze me ^.^

Nice flow, gives a nice feel for TSRP3... S.N.N., you always make the best music, it always fits perfectly ^^

Maybe if my hack gains popularity, you could make some music for it? =)

You don't have to say sorry, at least you explained what you meant.

Anyways, I listened to SNN's work in the past. I enjoy the music, even though some themes wouldn't fit a typical level. Yet, the levels might not be like a normal beach or whatever. I have to see the levels to judge if the music fits though.
