Formally Announcing the Megaman X8 16-bit Demake Soundtrack Project

Alright, if any of y'all were wondering why I couldn't post anything for C3 this year... this is the reason lol

Anyhow, if you're wondering what this is about, this is a sort of mod/remix soundtrack hybrid for this Megaman fangame that released a couple months ago that's a 16-bit demake of Megaman X8 for the PS2 that's specifically based on the original SNES MMX trilogy. It's really, really damn good and I'd highly recommend y'all to play it at one point lol

However, there's a couple of flaws in this demake, and one of the biggest ones is that this demake still has the original X8 music, which to me at least can feel a bit jarring when coupled with the visuals... which is precisely what I'm here to fix, or at least to get people to fix since I can't mod the game myself so someone else'll have to make it, but obviously I'll still be providing the most important part which is the actual music, so yeah. Anyways, there are more details in the video description so I'll go ahead and link the video for anyone who wants to know more about this:

(ah right, and before you ask, no, these are NOT going to be released as ports on SMWC; I say it in the video description as well, but basically I'm using a different program to AMK to make these covers called the Terrific Audio Driver; main reason why is just that I wanted to get a bit of a break from using AMK all the time, and since this is a different project that's not really related to SMWC in any way I thought it best to use something new instead)
Okay, so here's two of the standalone videos that I released so far, mainly since I forgot to link the first one here so here is both of them in one post now to compensate lol

Third standalone upload released now!

cool game Mega Man X8 16-bit Style will there be ports to SMWC C3?

So yeah, sorry, but no lol; I will be releasing these at C3 though, but not specifically as ports made for SMW sadly... maybe you'll still like it, maybe not, but either way it's just a sort of thing I wanted to do to take a bit of a break from using AMK all the time and experiment a bit with other software, like I said above

Ah yeah, and before I forget since I'm well overdue with releasing these here, here's the other two covers I did for the project that I just kinda forgot to release until now lol

Another one, this time a double (or triple, if you count the Stage Start jingle) whammy lol; hope you enjoy, cuz this one was really annoying to transcribe in no large part due to this track being almost entirely made of triplet note lengths lmao

When the next track for the project is done 😳😳😳

X: "Hrrngh, Alia, I'm trying to sneak around, but I'm dummy thicc and the clap of my asscheeks keeps alerting the guaaaarrrrrrdddddsssss..."

...or something like that, I dunno. Anyways next track(s) I guess
