Heres a little demo of what I did so far in the cave areas.
Just to point out, the ghost house is unfinished, it even has construction peices in it. I put a level end very close by, but feel free to check the kitchen. Pass the stairs and your there. Also make sure you fall through the moving hole sprite or you could die.
As for tile mess ups, there aren't any truely aside the overworld for this demo alone, but Nintendo never made any different versions of the bottom corner peice, I have yet to make ones for my self.
I'm not sure if this needs pics unlesss otherwise. The GFX and others havn't changed really enough and you can see the levels by dlding it.
PS: Dissapearing sprites in the first secret area, you need to fall back down, kill some enemies, and come back up again for one or two of em.
