Well, as I've said in the past, I'm also into editing Doom. Using programs such as:

-Doombuilder (For map creation)
-XWE (For the tweakings)
-Zdoom (To play the WAD files)

I've come to become more experienced in that respect.

Since this is the "Game Creation" forum, figure I'd put my work here:

Here is the overall map of the area so far:

So far, only the lower areas (The side rooms and big areas), have been outfitted with architectural designs, Zdoom special effects, and working switches and doors. Lighting effects can be seen in the following screenshots (Link form for our Dial-up users)

The project might take 2-3 months, but I've got the conceptual idea down.

Anyone who's interested in Doom can look for the download and progress here.

Anyone who wants to learn how to hack Doom, PM me. I'll show you how to do stuff.

Various Changes to the map itself.

Added custom monsters, new areas, and planning a scripted boss in ACS.

Oh yeah, I remember you showing a few screenshots of this about a week (2 weeks?) ago, and it caught my interest. I'm not much into Doom, but I'm always interested in mods and the talent that goes into them. The maps look quite impressive... Have any updates?
Hey nice Sagittaire, I normally play Skull Tag though, but maybe I try out Zdoom.
