Sent a few ideas to you SonicBlue. I hope that it is not too wordy and too difficult to work it into something. If so, I still have a lot of smaller ideas and more workable ones, along with other longwinded pretentious pseudo-intellectual ideas to create a level out of it.

Oh and for gameover: Why not do a screen where it says BANNED: User will be unbanned next time you play or something like that whenever Mario gets a gameover? That would be very funny. The theme seems to be very loose but it is a theme, the theme of an inside joke or rather inside theme of SMWC.
I am not a hacker by trade, I am an observer and I can be very observant. I tend to lurk around here to prolong the good experience of playing the original SMW. Whatever can add onto it is something that I will definitely do when I am bored which is often. And I will rarely post and give praise when needed to the hacks that may make me interested to relive memories.

My worst enemy in Mario isn't Bowser but my controller that keeps on getting disconnected from the inside. Might be my memory count.

I am trying for a little shot of creativity or rather interesting ideas, but these are some level ideas for a level for each world except for the special one.

I don't know how realistic or unrealistic this will be.
Hopefully bits and pieces will be included

Level: Bully Schoolhouse First World

There will be bullies, mad mushrooms(designed to look like bullies) and wild goombas in this level which takes place in and out of a schoolhouse. Mario must fight through these bullies to get out and can secure the goalpost which looks like a girl's kiss at the end.


Level: Portal X in Flowery Forest(The Alice in Wonderland/Flower Child Dimension) 2nd World
Mario will start at the top of a big hill and will move farther until at the bottom with a pipe. When Mario springs out there will be a field and a kingdom of Alice and other characters from the series(including cherry boxes instead of message boxes) and will fight enemies like the Queen of Hearts and the Chesire Cat will appear and reappear on several vines in-level but can kill Mario if touched. Mario can talk to Alice and her friends pressing up and there will be a warp Stone out of the level. Basically make it look like Disney's Alice In Wonderland.

Level: Corrosive Stay in World 3. This is a level where everything can break down and Mario must jump around quite a bit. There is also a pipe shaped like the top of a lighthouse that can shoot you to where the light is supposed to go on Mammoth Rock. Mammoth Rock is near the end when Mario gets some steady ground but than he must jump a lot as everything will fall if he touches them hard enough.

Level: Allegory of the Cave. A secret level where Mario must take a chained goomba and move it through the sunlight and throwing it into the shade to make sure it gets to the block meant to open up another pipe to the heavens. There Mario must go through a level of difficult enemies and mega moles falling from above while securing the goalpost. World 4.

Level: Titanic Iceberg. Mario must spend most of his time riding an iceberg while dodging dolphins up to no good and the giant ice blargg. When he gets to the middle he must take a cluster of frozen blocks, announced by the message box to be stuck together and must dodge enemies as he will get a fire power needed to take out all of them from sky, sea, and land. World 5.

Level: Pirate's Plunder. As an underwater haunted castle everyone of the dry bones and dry beetles will have pirate garb. There are few ghosts and there is a boss awaiting those who go down the pipe for the most treasure. Once Mario gets closer to the surface the water will sink down as it is found that the Pirate Ship landed somewhere. Mario must make it through a small portion of the beach before he has to hitch another ride on the ship while the crustaceans and other sea animals await below the boat. Fighting a dry pound koopa and his minions will unleash a door that will guarantee Mario an exit. World 6

Level: The Henri Party Affair. Mario makes it to the top of Yellow Canyon. There he meets a couple fellows calling themselves the Henri Party, a group of lost abandoned passengers from a crashed flight. They all have red eyes but it doesn't bother Mario until he moves out and it becomes dark. Suddenly the members appear at scary and unknown intervals before a cliff or something, and a few will come out and throw troopas and dissapear.

Than at the end Mario must fight Mars Henri, Augustino Henri, Ludwig Henri and Marzipan Z. Henri. They will all try to defeat Mario but Mario will overpower them and he must desert into a small cave populated by bats and the last Party member, Gomez Henri. Scattered and bony, Gomez will instantly try to overpower Mario with deadweights and be immune to everything but jumping. Once Mario defeats the Henri Party he will get a goal stone. World 7

Level: The Yoshi Massacre. Mario will make it through a land already torched and surrounded by the WEB's best henchmen declaring genocide on all N00b Yoshis. Known as the N00b massacre or the genocide of the N00bs the WEB would slaughter and leave behind trails of N00bs in their wake. Unfortunately Mario must also fight the trolls who have emerged from the wasteland happy and satisfied disguised as WEB Members.

They are some of the strongest foes yet there is still a cage of an unclaimed Yoshi N00b who must eat fruit to become a member of the WEB Network. Go into the cage and get the Yoshi and start feeding it flowers from the burnt trees and burnt bushes. There are many hard jumps and many small cliffs with a few angel yoshis at the end who will attempt to feed Mario a 1-up Mushroom but ha N00b if Mario takes one of those. World 8.

Level: Heaven's Palace. Mario will now go up to the Eternal G-d of MSN, SNN to ban the WEB Users and to punish them for going rogue and renegade. He will jump from cloud to cloud to where he faces a few puzzles inside the Palace of THE SMWC G-d. The SMWC G-d can actually be anybody.

Anyways, he will appear at the very top and find out that the users have also kidnapped SNN and left a note behind leaving him kidnapped with Bowser. Now Mario must save two, SNN and Bowser. At the near end is a gate of reflection. What becomes a psychedelic travel through time and space where Mario must face his evil demons and confront his fear of WEB at which a goal post will appear. World 9

Level: Byte Me. Mario must now go into a computer to hijack the net service that runs SMW Central. He must actually hack himself into a game or rather the game. Once he gets in it would look a little bit like World 1 level 1 but, there will be glitchland all around. Actually the problem is that Mario must go through a couple of blocks in order to trespass and it will suddenly be a level of falling thunder bolts from SMWC Users and a moving block set that will fly Mario out of harm's way.

Than he will exit the hack and a button will say Hack Destruction: 100% Complete. Than the next segment is a user telling Mario to watch it and that he will hack Mario into his own personal cyber-hell. Than Mario will go to the net service and pushes a button like the Switches in their palaces. Where it will than say, congrats, you demolished the net service. World 10

Possibly one of the most epic updates I have made for this hack (I havent made any)



A tileset + coins, ? blocks, Turn blocks and some powerups I made for the hack. Comments are REALLY appreciated.

(That has grassland and Underground tiles you know.)

That looks nice Synth, although it could use moar black outlines.

Also, the light source is coming from the bottom right top left, where as 90% of SMW's graphics and other games and tilesets are from the top right. So don't mix and match those graphics ;)

Sorry it is much easier for me to pay attention to updates or the idea of idea sharing here than a special board. Anyway, looking at the new update: They all look good, and the ground tiles look more, um, sort of realistic like if Ultima(later PC games) was a platformer.

Edit:

Oh and the final battles where Mario is taken by the SMWC users separately could be inside the legs, the head, the arms and the heart of the mega computer that WEB is powered by and operates out of(reminds me of the villain in Superman III). Mario's goal is to literally shut down the computer which is run on Bowser's power to free Bowser and to make the WEB organization powerless. Without it, WEB will become a facade and an illusion and all of its members, holograms generated by the harddrive's memory able to move, and fight based on the computer that the leader built, except for the leader will be terminated.

For example the Fire baddy could warm up the computer's heart and act as a source of energy. When demolished, the fire baddy will dissapear as that part of the harddrive's memory will go blank and the electrical 10,000 MB heart will die out. But that is just something I thought of.
