Well the title says it all: I need a way to make Mario invisible, but only on the title screen. Is there a way? To be specific: You still have to see all other layers (layer 1 and BG) and Mario is actually moving on the title screen. So I can't just place him behind something to make him invisible. The screen also needs to scroll horizontally and vertically. So I can't just put Mario above the screen and then disable vertical scroll, either. Anyone has got an idea? Maybe a Custom Block or something like that?

And you said something about Level ASM. I got Level ASM from your website. But have not idea what it is or what it does because there was no Readme included. Can anyone help me?

I never used it before, but I guess it's a patch that makes the code so that it affects the whole level - it's like a sort of ASM hack for only one specific level.
I've looked at the ASM and it looks like that. But I have no idea how to use it and I don't want to do something wrong. Do I just have to open levelcode.asm, go to the level I want the code for, paste the code there and then insert the ASM into my game with xkas?

If you're using Ersanio's levelASM:

- Open level.asm
- Change the !FreeSpace address to whatever big amount of freespace you have in your ROM
- Save
- Open levelcode.asm
- Paste the code under the label 'level105:' but before RTS
- Save
- Patch level.asm (NOT levelcode.asm) to your ROM with Xkas, considering you know how that works.

What I did was go to level C7 and put concrete block all on the top and put No Vertical Scrolling and make title moves without moving. If you want him to walk slowly, put a long row above the bottom screen and walk or run.

Yeah, as I stated above: That was my idea at first. But since my level has vertical and horizontal scroll I couldn't do that.

You could've just hidden Mario in the terrain. Create blocks with layer priority, and make a path Mario can follow while he's underground.

But that's just MY thinking.
