I want to stop items from appearing in the item box when you get an extra item (like grabbing a Super Mushroom as Super Mario). I have shop blocks in my hack, and it would be very inconvenient to lose an item you payed 15 star coins for, so I still need to be able to drop a reserve item. Can anyone help me with this?

You gotta hex edit that, look for it in the Rom Map

Changing all values in x0C710 - x0C71F to 00 seems to do the trick. Thanks.
