Tip: When determining a time limit, remember that players won't be as familiar with the level as you are. If you normally complete the level with around 100s left on the timer, others might run out of time on their first try.
When you are about to get upset how do you stay calm?
Well I'll make a serious post, call a good/close friend and talk to them about something your excited or happy about like a holiday. After that have a snack or favorite food, and lay down on your couch or bed, hope I helped.
Well, I costume play ROM Hacks of Super Mario in the emulator ZSNES 1.51, the best emulator of Super Nintendo existent. When I get tire of playing in the computer, I go to PlayStation play F12006, the only game of F1 what I have, or I play Bomba Patch, brazilian game of soccer. Tag (b) was not closed. I don't get upset very often, since I can usually just ignore anything that might make me sad. It still happens, though, and I either just sit and think about other things, listen to music, take a small nap, or hug something (usually Lymia).
Lately, when I've gotten angry about something, I try to think it through. "Why am I angry?" "What about it makes me angry?" When it's a particular person, like a teacher or something, I'll think about their specific behavior. "Am I mad at them, or is it a common trait of humans that's bothering me?" Seeing other, better parts of the person, then, helps to ease the anger as well. Of course, a bit of time away from them never hurts. In terms of issues beyond my control, I may get angry, but try to hold it out, see how things pan out. Sometimes, it can end up a lot better than how it looks in the beginning.
